Paintings take typically 2 hours to paint.

Must have spot cleared for setup. Artist/instructor will not move furniture or other objects in the way. This must be done before hand.

We will arrive 15-30 minutes early, depending on size of party.

Please have guests arrive 15 minutes prior to party time to settle in. We will begin at the time scheduled and end at time scheduled.

Late Start Parties for over 30min. We will have to discuss what is best depending on what else is booked that day and how late the party is. My Goal is to have a successful and fun party while being respectful to everyone's time. Depending what parties are booked that day, the ending times will vary on a case-by-case basis for Parties that Start Late.

There will also be a $100 fee if we do decide to spend an extra hour there

Modifications & Cancellations

If Covid becomes an issue for your party, we will make it a virtual one through Zoom and arrange canvas pick-ups for your party day.

To modify the date of a private party, call us as soon as possible to check for additional availability and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

The Private Party booking fee will not be refunded if the host(ess) cancels the event - But we do offer a credit towards a future party, based on availability to be used within 1 year. We do not offer reschedules or credit for NO SHOWS - Booking fee will be non-refundable.

Thank you in advance for your respect of our reservation policy. Brush It Up reserves the right to cancel a painting session at any time. If we feel the need to cancel a party, every attempt will be made to notify those who have signed up for the session. If you paid online, you will be given the option of rescheduling your session OR receiving a refund.
